Simply nothing too much trouble, perfectly pleasant stay. The venue is overall clean and big size, views are panoramic, the location is perfect just next door to the center and the centre of Reims and the higway. Lots of good food.

Had a really unforgettable time. Amazing value hotel, impeccably clean, with unbeatable location near to the centre as well as the wineries. The room was well-organised and huge, it felt like at home. Attentive staff, everything was immaculate. Exceptional service during our stay too.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were obliging! My superior queen room was fashioned, fairly good. The staff did all they can for a great stay. Exceptionally comfortable bed & hot breakfast. Wonderful location to Gallo-Roman Cryptoporticus. Pretty much what I expected: lovely hotel, well priced.

The breakfast is satisfactory and the location is magnificent. Short distance from a motorway, a short walk to a market and a shopping street. Also, it's only several minutes' walk to synagogue de reims.
